WeatherA strong low-pressure system continues to wrap up in the Upper Midwest on Friday, producing scattered showers up there. Its cold front has moved to a familiar spot, from Texas to the Ohio Valley. An early round of thunderstorms could be strong in spots, but are expected to ignite Friday afternoon and evening across the region. A very good chance for widespread severe weather is forecast with this system and includes all hazards.
